ALTERNATIVE ORDERING PROCEDURES We accept
postal orders and provide catalogs for mail ordering. Please mail your
request to: RETURN POLICY All store sales are final. All DVD, VHS, and site memberships are non-refundable. No exchanges are allowed of any item(s) sold and shipped. Defective
goods are returnable and will be replaced with the same product. Any
item found defective must be returned within 30 days upon receipt of
goods. The original defective product must be shipped to with a written
statement explaining the defect in order for us to replace the item
with the same product. Please mail to: SHIPPING & HANDLING Shipping
& handling charges are as follows: All orders are shipped within 5 to 7 days upon processing your order by United States Postal Service with US orders shipped by priority mail with signature confirmation and international orders shipped by global priority mail. Tracking codes will be provided upon request once your order has been shipped. Due to international customs procedures and regulations certain goods shipped may be subject to search or seizure. No refunds are permitted due to this. Please check with your local port authorities regarding proper procedures and and regulations before placing your order. Please allow 7 to 14 days for US orders and 30 days for international to be received before declaring items lost in transit.
